Recipe: Spring Salad

This healthy spring salad looks great! So colourful and again… easy to make.  You could either eat it for lunch or dinner. Find out how to prepare it after the jump!

Spring Salad

  • 2 Cups Romaine Lettuce
  • 1/4 Cup Steamed Broccoli
  • 1/4 Cup Steamed Cauliflower
  • 1 Medium Strawberry Sliced
  • 2 Medium Chunks Cantaloupe sliced
  • 1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese (Pile Salad On Top)
  • 1 Tbsp Sliced Almonds
  • 1/2 Boiled Egg (For dinner I’d say you could take 1 whole boiled egg)
